In a traditional building in the center of town, a bright furnished studio of about 35m² with double bed, 2km from Insead (20 minutes walk). Located on the first floor with other INSEADers without lift and with secured entry door.

It consists of an opened kitchen with bar table, well equipped with crockery + utensils, a small fridge with freezer box, electric hotplates, small oven, microwave, washing machine & electric kettle.  The main room has a double bed, a desk and cupboard.  The separate opened shower room with a basin, large shower and WC.

This apartment comes with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, a drying rack, iron and ironing board.  Bedding and towels is also included

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, internet, maintenance of common areas and rubbish collecting taxes.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
